The Present Moment Is All We Have
When one is feeling overwhelmed, in that moment it feels difficult to think clearly and to act in alignment with ones intentions and integrity, becoming lost in the moment.
The practice of calming the mind and the body and realigning ourselves is such an important one, yet of course there are times when swift action is required and calmness might prove to be a hindrance.
The fear of “making mistakes” is something that I have allowed to hold me back from expression in countless situations, yet these perceived “mistakes” are all precious experiences of life to learn and grow from, and by denying myself these experiences, I deny myself the experience of Life.
The mind is powerful and such a blessing, yet it is all too easy to become lost in thoughts, ideas, theories, visions, expectations and fears.
I believe to become lost in excessive thought is to neglect the present moment.
The present moment is all we have, I pray we will not become lost in fear or regret, outside of presence, gratitude and respect for this precious experience of life.
The present moment is all we have, I pray we will always return to Love.
The present moment is all we have, I pray we will all be present for it.
